Job Description / Responsibility
Selling International products
Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
Need to have creativity to meet customer requirements
Should have the mind set of determining appropriate positioning and features to gain competitive advantage in a targeted segment to achieve targets.
Follow up with clients through phone call, direct Mailing and personal visit on a regular basis.
Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
Maintain client database & follow instructions of immediate supervisor (DGM).

MBA/ BBA /Graduate preferably with Major in Marketing or Masters in Marketing from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements

Real Estate/ Developer, Hotels/Rosorts, Development Agencies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Sales experience, preferably 2 years of experience in Hospitality Sector
Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications and E-mailing
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Fluent in listening and spoken English, good at written English.
