Job Description / Responsibility
* Sr. Cost Accountant for Monno Ceramic Industries Ltd.
* Candidate should be capable of working out very systematically and accurately of any manufacturing item processed by different states and versatile raw materials.
* Responsible for developing costing system
* Complete analysis/review of the existing product costing at each plant
* Preparation and presentation of MIS
* Monthly reconciliation between accounts and costing profit
* Product costing and pricing (both for manufactured and imported products)
* Inventory analysis and control
* Detailed analysis of major purchase price variance and yield variance
* Preparation of report on labor, equipment, depreciation, operating expenses, ensuring established procedures are followed
* Preparation of estimated cost sheets
* Development of various cost containment plans
* Budget finalization and budgetary control
* Inter-company Transfer Prices
* Analyze the volume / product / mix variance for taking corrective action
* Assisting senior Management in decision making process
* Valuation of Finished goods and WIP

* Having 10 - 15 years in Product Costing, Variance Analysis, competent enough to suggest means for improving profitability, Budgeting and MIS
* Should be computer literate and have good skill in computerized Accounting system (Accounting Software).
* Candidates from Ceramic Industry shall be given preference
* Computer literate particularly advanced knowledge in XL
* Strong communication skill both in writing and speaking
* Self starter
* Meticulous and detail oriented
* Good team member
* Able to work under pressure
* Education qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates
