Job Description / Responsibility
    * Capable to organize and maintion Senior Management's Office so that day to day functions.
    * Must have sound knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet.
    * Capable enough to follow up assignments for senior Management.
    * Prepare presentation, meeting minutes and other required documents
    * Ability to handle administrative matters.
    * Organize and preserve paper and files.

      Masters/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements

    * Minimum 2 year(s)
    * The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
      Personal Secretary
    * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements

    * Minimum 02 (Two) years experience as personal secretary.
    * Smart with good interpersonal skill.
    * Diploma/Training in secretarial science will be an added advantage.
    * runs smoothly.
    * Knowledge to prepare reports, maintain documents, correspondence in systematic manner.
    * ability to manage travel itineraries, schedule etc.
    * Sound proficiency in English and Hindi
    * Must to capable to work independently.
