Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for building the image of the organization among the customers.
Responsible for putting up a effective sales and marketing plan.
Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
Responsible for carrying out market research product development campaign etc.
Responsible for finding new segment in market.
Develops promotional materials and effective ways to distribute them to the target audiences.
Maintains and updates the hotel web-site with new promotions and information as needed.
Strong negotiation skill and good sales & marketing knowledge.
Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Ready to visit clients in different business centers for business development on day to day basis.
Positive attitude, awareness of time and data management and able to prioritize task.
Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree from any reputed University.
If you have several years’ experience this experience may replace formal education.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
At least 2 years experience in local/foreign hotel.
Experience in Hotel Industries inside Sylhet will be given high preference.
Smart, good looking, and Proficiency in English and Bangla writing and editing skill
Good organization skill, attention to details and ability to multitask
Possess good time management skill and ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
Proficiency in English and Bangla writing and editing skill
Good command in MS Office applications.
