Job Description / Responsibility
* Maintaining network, all computer/PC, laptop, printer, scanner and related equipment.
* Hardware and Software Installation and troubleshooting.
* Responding user inquiries on technical issues and providing solution.
* Proper Anti-virus support to the user PC/Workstation.
* Troubleshooting email client, such as-Outlook (aIl versions), Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird etc.
* Data Backup & Restore.

Educational Requirements
* Bachelor degree in any science discipline having computer skills or Diploma in computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering from any govt. Institure
* (Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of experience.)
* 3rd class/division or below CGPA 2.00 is not acceptable.
Experience Requirements
* 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
* Age 22 to 32 year(s)
* Only males are allowed to apply.
* Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance.
* Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignmengts.
* Must be proactive, energetic & capable of meeting deadline.
* sound knowledge on Operating systems (Windows 2k pro, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Vista)
* verbal and written communication skill both in english and Bengali.
