Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for managing and supervising a team of Medical Representatives and
achieve sales targets of the assigned region.
Ensure adequate prescriptions of the products generated by the sales force as well as monitor their sales call.
Motivate and lead Medical Representatives in achieving the targets and establish professional relation with the Key Opinion Leaders.
To set monthly/ quarterly target of FFs/ Region with the consultation of ZM/ Head of Sales.
Proactively manage other factors affecting the business to optimize commercial performance.
Prepare sales & profit budget of the company.
Achieve sales & profit budget of the company.

Educational Requirements

Masters in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Must have 5 to 7 years of total experience in selling pharmaceutical products of which 3 to 4 years as RSM.
Analytical and conceptual abilities in assessing current business scenarios and deliver innovative solutions.
Persuasive skills in handling customer issues effectively.
Leadership qualities combined with problem solving and decision making skills and capabilities to manage a team.
Working knowledge in computer applications.
Good communication skills both in English & Bangla.
