* To serve the NIDS Coop is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individuals for the following position:
* Management Trainee Officer
* Current job location Dhaka Zilla
* Upon successful completion of extensive on job training, the candidates will be placed in responsible and challenging positions in most innovative financial products portfolios in Bangladesh both in SME and Retail Business outlets within the NIDS business domain.

Educational Requirements
* Graduation from any discipline with at least CGPA 2.70 from any reputed university
* CGPA: 3.00 on a scale of 5.00 at S.S.C & H.S.C levels
Additional Job Requirements
* Age 18 to 26 year(s)
* Only females are allowed to apply.
* Maximum 26 years of age on June 01, 2012
* High career aspirations with strong interpersonal communication and people skills
* Hard working, self-driven, change oriented and willing to work anywhere in the country
Salary Range
* TK. 35000
Other Benefits
Selected incumbent will be on probation for a period of one year with a monthly salary of Tk. 35,000. Upon satisfactory performance, selected MTOs will be confirmed as “Senior Officer” and integrated with the pay and service rules of the Society.
