Job Description / Responsibility
* Responsible for site acquisition, construction, Site acceptance process.
* Responsible to monitor and review the improvement of project performance.
* Responsible for network engineering documentation system
* Responsible for Core site preparation, installation and preparation system
* Responsible for Planning the Civil & Electrical works schedule & specified time frame of every site and monitoring to the subcontractor.
* Perform Rate Analysis and Cost Analysis of sites according to market materials price as well as service rate and preparing cost budget of GF & Roof Top sites.
* Responsible for to review the quality of SAR and TSS activities.
* Responsible to collect legal papers from the land owners
* Responsible to verify the land documents, prepare legal opinion and prepare lease agreements (depends on Houseowner).
* To prepare and present weekly reports for Site Hunting, PSS, TSS, Lease and Permitting.
* To take necessary steps for payment of the land owners.
* To negotiation with the land owners and associations.
* To prepare weekly reports and update database regularly.
* To prepare the Irrevocable General Power of Attorney.
* Responsible to coordinate with the site sharing partners, Government/ Power companies officials.
* Monitoring, Quality controlling of the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical of Infrastructure of sites.
* Monitoring and Supervising the Grounding work of the site both indoor & outdoor grounding.
* Monitoring and checking the basic electrical work and Electrical Equipment like MDB, SPD, AVR, AC, ACP, Smoke sensor, High Temperature Sensor, Fire Fighting System, Thermostat, FCP

* Excellent computer skills
* Experienced in using AutoCAD is must
