Job Description / Responsibility
Training Officers will be responsible for designing a training plan and facilitating the awareness session/training session. Also assist the Manager to prepare the session plan, modules, manual and materials and responsible for collected the pictorial materials needed in the awareness/training sessions. After the awareness session she will communicate with beneficiaries/stakeholders if needed & submit training/ awareness session report to manager. She will spend 100% time on this project.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Only females are allowed to apply.
Minimum three to five years working experience in Development Sector in conduct training.
Previous working experience on reproductive health will be preferred.
Excellent skill in documentation and reporting in English is needed.
Excellent communication skill in English (verbal and written)
Standard typing speed on Bengali is must to develop the training module.
