RDRS Bangladesh, Post: Monitoring Officer under RDRS Core Program.

Job Description / Responsibility
Monitoring Officer has to play an active role in developing and designing of participatory monitoring and evaluation system; develop survey tools and qualitative assessment tools for the program.
Frequently visit the project area and perform monitoring work on project activities against key program targets, which includes collecting monitoring data through small-scale surveys/ observations/ interviews with pre-designed formats.
Independently analyze the M&E data and produce reports in Bangla and English on a monthly and quarterly basis and sharing with management.

Masters in Statistics/ Economics/ Sociology with no 3rd class/ division in academic records.

Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
The candidate must have sound knowledge in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, report writing and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Power Point and SPSS is preferred.
The incumbent must have good communication skill, willingness to drive motorcycle and make frequent field visit.
Candidates having valid motorcycle-driving license will be preferred.

Salary Range
TK. 20000
