Lead the team and monitor activities as a significant leader in Credit Realization Department
Develop and implement effective strategy to improve current business
Proper initiative for credit realization.
Planning profit target with standard skill
Sound technical knowledge of Credit Realization.
Strong Management experience and track record of successful internal business strategy implementation. Additionally he/she is experienced of leading a large team.
