Job Description / Responsibility
Assist SE on installation and Commissioning of MG Cabinets, Hardware and Configuration
· Daily routine check of environment (temp, humidity, airflow, fan, power) of MG Racks
· Monitor all devices, cards, Services from LMT
· Provide reports Performance Statistics
· 2-4 hours basis service tracing
· Daily/weekly/monthly Black/white listing reports
· Responsible for security of complete services
· Daily collection of Critical, Major, Minor and Warning alarms
· Responsible of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Indoor Env Report
· Assist SE on Preliminary and hardware handover
· Assist SE on cutover from Vendor
· Assist SE on trail Operations including LI
· Assist SE on initial Call Flow testing of BTRC
· Assist SE on complete Final inspection report
· Assist SE on training for NOC, SS, TX, Datacom and ICX teams
· Daily Activities
a) Checking Equipment Room (Temp., Humidity, Fire, Dust prevention, Theft prevention)
b) Viewing EMS Operation State
c) Checking Database Server State
d) Checking Bearer Network State
e) Checking System Alarms
f) Checking Board Operation State
g) Checking Trunk Circuit State
h) Checking MG State
i) Checking Traffic Statistics
j) Checking CDR Files
k) Checking Data Auto-Backup
l) Checking EMS Security Status
l) Checking System Security Status
· Weekly Routing Maintenance Operations
a) Testing Voice Services
b) Checking System Charging
c) Backing up Data Manually
d) Backing up Charging Files
· Monthly Routine Maintenance
a) Checking Time Synchronization
b) Backing up System Software
c) Checking Spare Materials and Parts
· Yearly Routine Maintenance
a) Testing Diagnosis Function
b) Testing System Switchover
c) Checking Cabinet Status
d) Removing Dust
· Assist SE on daily reports on
a) Gateway alarms
B) Outgoing and Incoming Call Attempt
C) Utilization of outgoing & incoming Trunk Circuit and RTP Resources
D) Signal transfer Function
E) Call Loss complete report
· Daily/weekly/Monthly background data, DB, Log backup
· MGCP Statistical Entities
· H248 Statistical Entities
· SIP Statistical Entities
· M3UA Statistical Entities
· SCTP Statistical Entities
· Service Quality Monitoring Statistics
· NE Status and store of System Data Configuration
· Physical Resources Configuration
· Report on all Threshold values
· Report on Circuit boards
· SG, TG and AG configuration, services and OAM reports analysis
· Take full responsible of SE on absent

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputed University with good academic result.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
