HR and Communication Officer
CAP Youth Empowerment Institute a registered non – government Organization is looking for the HR & Communication Officer (one) position
Job Responsibilities
- Should look into the Daily HR Needs, posting the job adverts, arranging for the interviews for various positions of CAP Youth Empowerment Institute.
- Should look into the Employee Contracts, Renewal and Termination.
- Recruiting the interns / volunteers for various research projects of CAP YEI.
- Setting up internal communication formats and systems.
- Development of communication strategies, HR manual development, protocols etc.,
- Should develop a competency mapping and performance appraisal system.
- Should KRAs and KPIs for the employees.
- Representing CAP YEI in various forums, Organisation etc.,
- Designing the monthly newsletter of CAP Youth Empowerment Institute.
- Attending the CAP meetings and preparing the minutes of the meeting.
- Develop communication material for the Organization Progress reports, brochures, case studies, reviewing reports from the field and validating the reports, media relations etc.,
- Review and develop the content for the website.
- Capturing the Process and document the process flow.
- Preparing and sending the documents as per Sponsor’s requirements.
- Any other requirement as designated by the responsible authorities.
- Internal and External Communication.
Skills Required
- Proven HR Skills in reputed Organizations.
- Must be good in Corel Draw, PageMaker and Adobe Photoshop.
- Very good written and proven documentation skills.
- Strong Media Relations are desirable.
- Good in using Internet.
- Good photography skills are added advantage
All the above positions require diploma / post graduation in HR with 3 to 4 yrs of working experience in a reputed NGO.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills are must. Networking skills are compulsory.
