Job Description / Responsibility

    May require to work in different working shifts.(day/ night)
    Possess a willingness to learn & co-operate as part of a team.
    Have confidence working in a busy often stressful environment.
    Excellent telephone manner is required along with friendly Customer service skills.
    Attention to detail is very important.
    A logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense, good communication(Both in English & Bengali), literacy & organizational skills.
    Ideally has worked for a computer dealer/reseller already.

    Age 22 year(s) and over
    Hands-on, practical experience in a Support Help desk role supporting & configuring Windows 98/ NT / 2000 / 2003, along with the associated technologies.
    Should be able to work with MsOffice Applications and Email clients(Outlook)
