Applicants must have a Diploma in Sales and Marketing for a recognized institution. Applicants with Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing Option) will have an added advantage.
In addition, the applicant must have at least three (3) years working experience in a busy organization.
Responsibilities;-
- The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the hotel clientele which includes developing new business, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with existing clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set.
- He/she shall prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecast to the Hotel Manager.
- This position requires an individual who is focused, self driven and honest and with knowledge and capacity to negotiate on behalf of the Company.
Terms and Conditions of Service;-
The successful candidate will be hired on a three (3) year contract renewable on the basis of satisfactory performance.
Salary; - Negotiated
A 25% gratuity of Basic Salary will be paid at the expiry of the contract.
