Job Description / Responsibility
Reports to: Manager IT
PC Assembling, Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance;
Maintaining and upgrading ERP & account related software;
Set-up and maintenance of wireless & wire LAN, wireless router & hub;
Should have knowledge in all sorts of VIRUS removing techniques;
Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting;
Monitor network / Provide timely reports of Network Performance and Failures;
Maintaining and upgrading of the existing database;
Dissemination of data management to the users.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Engineering / Computer Science. OR Diploma in Computer Engineering / Computer science.
CCNA / MCITP certified will given preference.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Software Implementation
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
