Salary: KShs 50K - 60K plus Commissions
The client wishes to
recruit a hands on Sales Supervisors with experience in sales
supervision especially with Technical Goods .
The main aim of the job is:
- To generate new business as you supervise the other sales team.
- Project Management.
- Management and supervision of Sales and Marketing team(s)
- Networking, Client Service and Maintenance.
- Sales and Marketing Forecasting and Planning, Realization of Sales and Marketing Objectives,
- Team Building and Motivation to Exceed Targets.
- Conceptualization, Proposal Writing and Presentation.
