Job Description / Responsibility
The Product Manager / Coordinator is responsible for –
Overall Product Development such as managing software products through complete life cycle, from strategic planning to end-of-life
Establishing product(s) road map across multiple product releases and managing day-to-day operational aspects of the product and scope.
Building and maintaining prioritized feature lists from requests from clients/ the management, internal findings, existing product analysis
Validate functional requirements, architecture, and design
Participating in formal product(s) development processes by working with development team(s) to provide guidance
Developing product(s) management documentation, including, product(s) business analysis, product(s) development proposals/plan, formal product(s) requirement specification/scope management for each/total development phase(s), launching development plans etc.
Quality Assurance for testing, test plan development and troubleshooting
Establishing relationships with engineers to position and develop product(s) successfully, providing training and leadership on strategic opportunities
Working closely with local and foreign team to optimize the development of product(s). After high level requirement capture, define product scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with Foreign team.
Reviewing deliverable prepared by team before passing to Foreign team
Planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned resources for product(s) development to best meet the objectives.
Identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk
Accomplishing the product development phases as per objectives within the constraints of the project
Effectively applying our methodology and enforces product standards.
Communications planning and reviewing both internal and external
Other duties as assigned

At Least Graduation in CSE, CS, CE
Working Experience in Banking Sector is a Plus
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)

Age 30 to 45 year(s)

Having 4+ years Product Management Managerial experience in a software development environment
Very good knowledge in application packaging, configuration management, versioning scheme & controlling, web application hosting environment, data center, web application security and their policies
Experience with various browser tools (HTTPWatch, HTTPFox, Charles, Firebug, etc)
Experience or understanding of Web Services preferable. (XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST)
Experience with Issue tracking and agile systems (Bugzilla, Jira, VersionOne etc.)
Highly experienced in object oriented languages like ASP.NET , C# & Java and various database like MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle etc
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile-SCRUM methodologies
Written and oral communication in English is highly desirable.
Applicant must be smart and intelligent to work with foreign teams.
