Job Description / Responsibility
Software Development for. Net n-tiered enterprise application.
Implement sufficient test procedures for developed code and perform unit and regression test.
Implement bug fixes and other change requests as needed.
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
Support, maintain and document software functionality.
Document the design and implementation of system/software.
Creates prototype/test applications.
Adheres to strict delivery schedules.
Work closely with System Analyst to understand requirements.
Write thorough, comprehensive technical and high level docs.
Write and document complete unit test cases to ensure high code quality.
Create technical specifications based on the functional specifications.
Write code to meet technical specifications.
Complete appropriate documentation in compliance with all procedures and standards.
Recommended improvements/modifications to designs.
Advise System Analyst and non-technical people on issues as appropriate.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Provide support for setting up Production & Test Environment.
Other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 year(s) and over
Required Skills:
A minimum of three years` experience designing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET Development (C#).
Deep knowledge and practical experience in an Object Oriented programming
Strong understanding of relational database design and development with specific experience using and developing with Oracle 10g or above.
Knowledge of multi-tiered software design targeting scalable systems processing many tens of thousands transactions daily.
Experience with full life-cycle software development process is required
Exposure or experience with Entity Framework/ORM Mapper
Experience developing ERP is a big plus
Experience in working with threads, synchronization, locking and asynchronous operations in .NET 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0.
Experience integrating with third-party applications
Experience with IIS with light administrative skills.
Familiarity with installation, administration and maintenance of development environments and use of development and administrative tools including Subversion, nUnit, etc.
Usage of Crystal Reports for end-user reporting
Additional Skills:
