Due to expanded work load, we are looking for qualified and self-driven professionals to fill up the following positions.
Highways Engineer
B.Sc.(Eng.) or equivalent, 10 years post-graduation and Registered with the Engineers’ Registration Board(ERB).Appropriate experience in the Geometric design of rural and Urban Roads. Preference will be given to Registered Engineers who are Computer literate and conversant with Road Design CAD Packages.
Materials Engineer for Supervision of Road Works
B.Sc. (Eng.) or equivalent, 10 years post-graduation appropriate experience in Design and Supervision of Roads. Registered Engineers with the ERB. Post graduate qualifications would be added advantage.
Senior Structural Engineer (Project Co-ordinator):
For contract co-ordination and construction supervision of a large Airport Building Project. Minimum of B.Sc (Eng.) or equivalent, 10 years post-graduation appropriate experience in Design of Buildings and other large structures and experience is Project management.
Those with specific experience in using AutoCAD Civil 3D and STAAD Suites in Design would be given preference. Registered Engineers with the above experience would be given preference.
Resident Engineer (Civil Works)
Aircraft apron and taxiways in cement and asphaltic concrete, storm water drainage system and access roads. B.Sc(Eng.) or equivalent, registered Engineer with 10 years’ post-graduation appropriate experience in Supervision of both cement and Asphalt surfaces. Those with specific experience in using AutoCAD Civil 3D Design would be given preference
Resident Engineer (Structural Works)
For construction supervision of the structural works of a large Airport Building Project. Minimum of B.Sc(Eng.) or equivalent, 8 years post-graduation appropriate experience in Design of Buildings and other large structures and experience is Project management.
Those with specific experience in using AutoCAD Civil 3D and STAAD Suites in Design would be given preference. Registered Engineers with the above experience would be given preference.
Materials Engineer for Large Building Works
B.Sc(Eng.) or equivalent, 10 years post-graduation appropriate experience in Quality Control of Materials of large building construction works, cement and asphaltic concrete works. Registered Engineers with the above experience would be given preference.
Materials Engineer for a Dam Embankment
For supervision and quality control of a 50 m high embankment dam in Marsabit County. B.Sc.(Eng.) or equivalent, 8 years postgraduation appropriate experience and at least 2 years in Supervision of earthworks and Registered with the Engineers Registration Board(K). This position is required immediately (October, 2012).The Position will be based in Marsabit.
Senior Water and Sanitation Engineer
B.Sc(Eng.) in Civil Engineering, minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience in design and supervision of Water and Wastewater Projects and Registered with the Engineers’ Registration Board(Kenya) or ERB(Tanzania).Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Suite and other Water & Wastewater Software.
