in Kenya targeting the flower, horticulture and agriculture sector in
Kenya, is looking for the following
Financial Controller
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related from a recognized institution
- At least two years work experience in Finance
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Conversant with Computer packages – Excel and Word essential
- Candidates with knowledge of accounting packages such as QuickBooks and Tally will be given preference
- Ability to work well under minimum supervision
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be expected to attend to the following duties:
- Financial Review and Reporting on a monthly and yearly basis
- Financial Forecasts on a monthly basis
- Financial Analysis of Stocks, Debtors, Creditors, Revenue and Expenses on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Budgeting
- Evaluation and Project Reporting for new projects/ventures & Advise on expansion
- Take on Bank negotiation for Financial requirements for the growth of the Company
- Work closely with Accounts department to ensure accuracy and alignment of forecasts
Agronomist
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in agriculture or horticulture from a recognized institution.
- At least two years working experience in crop protection.
- Experience in community mobilization.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Kiswahili.
- Must be computer literate.
