- To accomplish HR objectives of recruiting, training, assigning, accounting, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Marketing and Sales Objectives: Developing strategic plans and reviews, execution / implementation, setting customer service standards, resolving problems and implementing changes.
- Marketing and Sales Financial Objectives: Annual budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and correcting actions, forecasting.
- Sales Growth: developing geography, market segments and product segments.
- Establishing price strategy and monitoring supply & demand, establishing distributors and service agents.
- Networking: Rapport with key accounts, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Ethics & Company Vision: All energy and thoughts should be in line with Companies Vision and high ethical standards.
Person Profile
- MBA from a University of repute with specialization ¡n marketing and sales; showcasing above mentioned duties.
- 5 years of proven experience at a similar position.
