Region Christian Community Services, a Christian development
organization, is seeking to recruit 2 Project Officers and 2 Project
Assistants for her Food Security and Livelihoods Diversification Project
in Makuyu division, Murangá County.
Project Officers (2)
Key Responsibilities
- Community mobilization and organization.
- Farmers training and follow ups.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications, skills and abilities
- A minimum of a diploma in Organic Farming, General/Conservation Agriculture.
- A bachelor is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience in rural development and DRR projects.
- Experience in participatory approaches (PLA, PRA).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Project Assistants (2)
Key Responsibilities
- Community mobilization and organization
- Farmers’ training and follow ups.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Managing Farmer’s Field Schools.
Qualifications, skills and abilities
- A minimum of a Certificate in Organic Farming, General/Conservation Agriculture.
- A diploma is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience in rural development and DRR Projects.
- Experience in participatory approaches (PLA, PRA).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
