Writing / Copy Editing Jobs at Holivine


Article Writers

We are looking for qualified writers who have experience in article writing for a long-term professional working partnership.
The writers will work at our offices in Nairobi. 
Writers are paid twice a week for all published articles. 
Per-article payments range from $10-$15 or more depending on length and topic of the article. 
Each of our writers create average 3 articles daily.

Qualification
 
The qualified candidate should have the following qualifications;
  • Have attained a minimum of a college diploma  from a recognized institution or pursuing one
  • Have a minimum of a B+ (Plus) in ENGLISH in the Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education or its equivalent or have a good command in written English
  • Exceptional applicants, who lack the qualifications in (1) one above, should send alternative qualifications that make them equally qualified.
  • The applicants must have impeccable written and spoken English, demonstrate love for the internet and be of high moral integrity
  • The candidates must be knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization writing.

Copy Editors
 
We are hiring freelance and in-house copy editors to work at our office. 
Holivine Article authors writers create more than 300 articles a day, which we distribute to an audience of more than 20,000 visitors. 
All this translates to an abundant pool of diverse editing assignments. 
As a Holivine.com copy editor, you will have the unique responsibility of ensuring these audience receives the highest quality articles possible.

Responsibilities
 
Editing for Holivine Articles is easy. 
When you log in to your personal online Work Desk you will see a queue of articles that need to be edited. 
You will fact-check and edit articles for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and overall content. 
If you have questions for the writer, you will send them directly through the online editing tools. 
You’ll have 24 hours to edit each article, and will receive twice weekly payments for each reviewed piece. 
We pay $3.50 for every 300-500 word article reviewed.
