Job Description / Responsibility
One of the largest 30 years old retail Distribution Food Company inBangladeshis looking for Territory Sales Officer (TSO) for his rapid growing business. Essential functions include and are not limited to:
Candidate must be Sales focused and willing to work anywhere inBangladesh.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands.
Sales target setting and monitoring for distributors and distributor sales reps.
Monitor of secondary sales and mid course corrections and inputs.
Ensure distributors provide required infrastructure as per requirements.
Execute territory, town & beat plans as per agreed norms.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key outlets and key stake holders.
Manage wholesale customers within norms.
Ensure and verify that the distributor is maintaining all required reports/documents like stock register, POP register etc.
Enhance productivity of salesman

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate (preferably in Marketing) from Any reputed Public orPrivateUniversity/ College.
Experience Requirements
1 to 5 year(s) experience in Sales in Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Age 23 to 34 year(s)

Candidate must have computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel ).
Candidates must be energetic and customer oriented.
Good interpersonal communication skill is required.

Salary Range
TK.20000 – 25000
