Responsible for Employee benefits
Recruitment Process
Job Change: Transfer, Promotion, & demotion.
Handling Employee grievance for- employees’ compliance.
Employees’ Performance Evaluation.
Industrial Relation
Periodical reporting on HR status
Employee counseling.
Assist Developing Personnel Policy- HR Handbook
Needs for training assessment.
Responsible for updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) on time
Disciplinary Action
Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
Maintain day to day HR & administrative issue
Job Nature
Full-time
Educational Requirements
MBS, M.Com or MBA major in Human Resource Management from any recognized university.
Any additional course on PGDHRM & legal law will get preference.
Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Factory HR Administration, General HR

Age 25 to 30 year(s)
