Job Description / Responsibility
Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktop, Laptops, wireless Router, Scanners, Fax, Printers and other IT assets.
Setup and maintain organization’s computer network which includes, TCP/IP, LAN and WIFI network.
Monitoring total system as well as network traffic, virus, keep server data backup & maintaining network equipment like router, switch.
Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP Camera, CCTV, Video conference equipment, Access control device.
Maintain communication with all dept. & section for IT support.

Educational Requirements
Diploma in computer science.
CCNA will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)
