Job Description / Responsibility
•Key Accountability of the role:
•To make effective negotiation on costing with the buyer/buying office(s) to take the order on premium thereby excel account wise revenue and profit
•Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment
•To make effective negotiation of the changes in ship date and order qty. In addition she/he handles mode of shipment, complains, claims, etc.
•Key Tasks of the role:
•Follow-up of product development.
•Coordinates between the department of Supply Chain & PDD to ensure risk free bulk production.
•Negotiate all consumptions and costs (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, etc) with internal concerned persons
•S/he prepares order wise BOM (Bill of Materials) and gives opinion to prepare SPO (Supplier Purchase Order)
•Coordinating with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his/her order in the lines
•Involves in final inspection of his/her order
•Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc) and update buyers
•Takes all preparation related to existing customer’s visit

Must be a graduate or preferably from Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing or BBA/ MBA background
Experience Requirements
Minimum 9 year(s) experience in Merchandising in Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

•Functional Knowledge:
•Should have sound knowledge on Textile, Print, Embroidery and Garments manufacturing process
