Job Description / Responsibility

    Manager will be responsible for selling the full spectrum ofEnterpriseapplications and Solution, this position is responsible for working with the company’s target market segment.
    He/ she will build new relationships with strategic businesses in the region as well as ensuring the high touch approach expected from our existing client base.
    Achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets for the assigned arena and for each Line of Business.
    Define and propose a sales action plan to the CEO
    Continuously look for customer acquisition and expanding lines of business within existing customers.
    Visit largest end-users to identify needs and convert them to products and services.
    Build a value proposition to differentiate our solutions from competitors.
    Monitor competitors’ activities in the market by updating local database.
    Assure the deployment of large account plan.
    Penetrate targeted vertical market segments (e.g.Enterprise, BFSI, Telco) as appropriate and maintain relationship with existing key accounts.
    Understand and analyze market: main competitors, market trends, pricing etc.
    Suggest marketing and communicating activities that will contribute to support the growth within the territory and/or region.
    Proactively involve/leading effort in product life cycle including launch of product and promotion.
    Report regularly sales activity, opportunities and competitor activities.

Educational Requirements

BBA/ MBA level education with sales background and extensive commercial experience.
Experience Requirements

1 to 5 year(s) experience in Corporate Marketing, Sales in ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

    Age 25 to 32 year(s)
    Minimum of 3 – 5 years of customer facing experience selling to end customers and distributors.
    Experience managing good customer relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration.
    Good technical understanding of IT & Data-centre solutions and services.
    Fully conversant with MS Office.
    Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization.
    High level of customer orientation coupled with a solution-oriented approach.
    Goal-oriented and able to deliver on commitments.
    Ability to work and organize workload independently.
    Time management, organizational skills.
    Cross selling mindset.
    Fluent in English and Bengali written and oral communication.
    Experience in similar track is an added attribute
    Ready to take challenges & work under pressure
