Job Description / Responsibility
* Monitor and resolve all network and IT infrastructure issues and problems to maintain company’s IT network and infrastructure stable and up 99.9 %
* Manage and monitor LAN and WAN infrastructure of multiple locations and provide scalable and robust solutions. Must have Knowledge and skills in the area of wireless / Radio and Fiber communication.
* Manage data backup and disaster recovery infrastructure for the organization
* Manage and maintain corporate email systems and upgrade to enterprise email management system like Lotus Notes, MS Exchange
* Maintain and implement information security plan for the organization by using various tools, techniques and policies. Must monitor and reports that users are following corporate IT policy
* Maintain and implement help desk (support) system managing for IT support tasks
* Manage and provide effective PC/workstations and other hardware solutions for the organizations
* Provides infrastructure supports other key departments under IT division. E.g., 24/7 ERP operations, corporate website
* Must have skills and knowledge of Existing Active Directory systems
* Must maintain various weekly and monthly reports to IT division chief
* Must have knowledge and skills of network routing and CISCO firewall
