Job Description / Responsibility
Our Client is one of the leading Construction and Real Estate Developers based in Malaysia engaged in High Tech Building, Apartment, Industrial shade and Construction works all over the world. Currently, our Client is looking for a skilled and professional Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor for Calculation and pre budgeting of Large Construction projects in different countries.
To plan and prepare the projects work schedules
To prepare BOQ, Rate analysis for residential & commercial buildings.
Checking bill and maintaining construction related documents.
To review and analyze architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings.
To prepare work schedule, Action plan and progress report of project.
Maintain quality control, cost control, safety and security procedures.
Accomplish schedule task according to duties & responsibilities

Educational Requirements
B. Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Institute
Experience Requirements
6 to 7 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Minimum 6 to 7 years experience in real estate and building Construction projects
Must have good ideas about civil work, structural design, project development, project estimation, Quality Control, sub-contractor and procurement rules, Construction materials price & time management.
Must know Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and MS Project, Auto CAD, Primavera.
Must have experience of the large scale infrastructure and Building (Bridge, Flyover,Highways) construction works
Strong competency in reading writing and speaking in English is a must
Strong ability to interact in cross cultural environment
Should be self-motivating, hard-working and fully committed to his assigned responsibilities
Should be honest with good work-ethics at zero tolerance
Should have MRP passport with at least minimum one year validity
