Job Description / Responsibility
* Responsibility involves execution of all process work for an assigned project. Lead Process engineer represents the origination and manages schedule, quality and man-hours of process engineering. Makes decision independently on process engineering problems and methods. Reports the project status and/or key issues to Management regularly or in a timely manner. Supervises, coordinates and reviews work of subordinate engineers and technicians.
* Lead Process Engineer attends served key meetings with client and/or licensee such as Kick-off Meeting, PFD Review meeting, P&ID Review Meeting, HAZOP Meeting etc.
* Lead Process Engineer may join per-commissioning work at site.
* Typical work activities include, but not limited to
* Preparation of Project Execution Plan including Manpower plan,schedule and QA/QC management plan.
* Simulation analysis using Process Simulator,PRO/Ⅱ or HYSYS
* Preparation of Basis of Design
* Preparation of process flow diagram and material & Heat balance
* Preparation of Process Description
* Preparation of Utility Balance Diagram
* Preparation of P&ID for all phases of the project
* Preparation of Equipment Date Sheet
* Preparation of Catalyst and Chemical information
* Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagram
* Preparation of Material Selection Diagram
* Hydraulics Calculation and Preparation of Hydraulics Calculation Report
* Preparation of Line List
* Preparation of Instrument Process Date
* Preparation of Safety Process Date
* Preparation of Start-up and Operation Instruction
* Preparation of Emergency Shutdown Philpsphy
* Preparation of Analytical instruction
* This position is especially in petrochemical, especially Ethylene field.

* Writing and reporting skills in English.
* Presentation skills to advise process design and philosophy.

Experience Requirements
* Minimum 15 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
* Minimum 15 years experience in process engineering.
* Minimum 7 years experience in specific Petrochemical business field.
* At least 2 projects as Lead Process Engineer
* Must have good communication skills and be able to work closely and effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization and with outside of the organization such as clients, partner companies and vendors etc.
* Writing and reporting skills in English.
* Presentation skills to advise process design and philosophy.
* Good leadership skills.
