- Over 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Senior Child Protection Officers
- Degree in Social Work from a recognized university
- MA in Social Work or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience as a senior Children’s Officer
County Coordinators
- Degree in Social Work from a recognized University
- A business course is an added advantage
- Three to five years experience as a Senior Social Worker or a Children’s Officer
Logistics Officer
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Supplies Management
- Diploma in Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies
- Minimum three years experience and a driving license
- Conversant with Government Procurement Procedures
Filing Clerk
- Minimum Diploma in Library and Information Studies
- Working knowledge of records and archives management
- Three years experience gained from a medium sized or large institution
Nutritionists
- Degree/Diploma in Community Nutrition from KMTC or recognized University.
- Training and experience in IYCF and IMAM
- Must be registered with Kenya Nutrition & Dieticians Institute
Nurses
- Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Nursing Council
- Training in Pediatric Nursing
- Two years experience as a nurse
Matrons
- Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Three years experience as a matron
- Training in IYCF is an added advantage
Care Givers
- ‘O’ level with grade C minus
- Certificate in counseling or Social work
- 2 years experience as a care giver
