Job Description / Responsibility
Achieve set targets and contribute to development and growth performing the role of an Executive, Sales Collection.
Plan new / existing contacts for customer retention and proactive customer’s requirements/problem resolution.
Work with other internal department /teams to resolve customer’s queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
Must have sound sales collection knowledge. Collect & Communicate market / competition information and take business development initiatives.
Strong team player with a positive, proactive approach, strong negotiator with proven track record of supervisory skills.
