Job Description / Responsibility
Assist to develop sales plan and implement the plan accordingly
Supervise Sales team and achieve the sales target
Monitor activities of the team and take necessary actions to ensure the reparation of a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Implement innovative sales programs to expand the corporate market share and image
Work with the team members to understand the market better and to develop effective marketing and promotional plans
Organize monthly sales meeting, training program for sales team, and train sales force.
Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors’ strategies
Develop sales & marketing strategy for Organization’s products
Develop & setup promotional strategy
Monitor overall market condition
Market visit, survey and findings
Managing agents
Party wise specific order monitoring and further proceeding
Work for credit control & credit collection

Educational Requirements

Masters/ MBA in any reputed university. (Major in Marketing)
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)

Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the agents, teachers, students and public.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and significant local travel to current and potential clients.
