Major Responsibilities
* Monitor & maintain the performance of all the KPI monitoring tools;
* Perform all administrative tasks involved with the tools;
* Project Management for any New Tool’s deployment;
* Ensure the data availability of the tools;
* Issue Trouble Ticket to vendors for any HW or SW related problems;
* Perform the database heath checking;
* Take back up of the all data periodically;
* Design and Develop New tools for internal use.
Required Academic Qualifications
* B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from any reputed UGC Approved University.
Required Experience
* 6 months to 1 year experience in the relevant will be considered as an added advantage.
Required Knowledge & Skills
* Refer to required competencies.
Required Competencies
* Experience with Linux and UNIX administrative task is required;
* Knowledge in one of more programming language is required;
* Experience in Oracle and SQL is essential;
* Experience on Java and Flex platform is preferred.
