Job Description / Responsibility
* Concern Worldwide is an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to elimination of extreme poverty. We are inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced consultancy firm/agency/individuals to conduct Base Line Survey on Household Food Security of the Integrated Urban Nutrition project under Urban Programme.
* The overall objective of the base-line survey is to assess the urban extreme poor households’ food security and related situation and identify the scope of profitable income generating activities (IGA) for women in two cities of Dhaka and Chittagong. The findings of the baseline information will be utilized to measure overall programme impact comparing with end line survey

Additional Job Requirements
* The consultancy firm/agency/individuals will have at least five to seven years’ extensive experience in the survey/evaluation on relevant areas especially in urban Bangladesh. In addition, the consultancy firm/agency/individuals will be able to meet the following terms and conditions:
* Minimum 5-7 years experience in development research
* Experience in conducting Household Food Security survey. It is highly desirable if the candidate/firm has the working experience in nutrition and food security programme.
* Prior experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
* Good track record of producing high quality and presenting findings in an analytical report in English and sharing at national level
* Good understanding of the Government of Bangladesh services
* Ability to maintain deadlines and commitment
