Job Description / Responsibility
Purpose of the position: The Administrative Officer is in charge of overall planning, implementation and supervision of PROSHAR program support activities, which includes logistics support, administration.
Project Duration I0 Months
Main Duties and responsibilities:
Assist project manager to prepare activity Detailed Implementation Plan and purchase plan
AO is required to do below mentioned activities to proper implementation of the Program.
Procure items as per procurement policy of the organization
Maintain records of fixed assets.
Provide logistics support during training, meeting, workshop etc.
Maintain and check the log books of the motorcycles. Ensure security of the assets and office

Master degree in relevant subject

Minimum 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Having 2 years practical experience or Bachelor degree in relevant subject with 3 years practical experience in administrative management of large project
Proven skill in administrative management.
Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, organizing and problem solving abilities.

Salary Range
TK. 15000
