Job Description / Responsibility
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience and expertise as Field worker cum Training Facilitator on issues of gender equality and women’s participation, preferably in relation to local government functions. In particular, field workers should have a demonstrated ability to support individuals and organizations to accept new ideas and practices in relation to women’s participation in public and in decision-making. Responsibilities and activities will include the following:
Provide support to participating UPs at the union level, working with the coaching materials and guidelines developed for the UPs;
Undertake regular travel between participating UPs and between UPs and the project office;
Participate in the delivery of coaching and other forms of training and capacity support, including workshops, exchange visits, etc.;
Support implements the baseline assessment, annual assessment and in-depth assessment of the project. Support preparing field reports and provide other support as requested by the Field Team Leader and PIC.

Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
