Job Description / Responsibility

    This position is that of Deputy General manager, Sales and Head of the Sales Section. The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive (short, medium and long term) sales strategies, plans and policies and thus, achievements of the sales objectives of the Company. S/he will monitor execution of the sales strategies, plans and policies. S/he will evaluate the deviations and rectify the deviations as required. S/he will control the execution of the plans and policies to keep the results at the desired level. S/he will work closely with the Team to establish key sales targets and strategies, monitor and review performance of the team and undertake field visits and provide timely support for achievement of the targets.
    The Incumbent will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for growth of sales and growth of profit.
    Responsible for the management of nationwide sales and distribution network.
    Responsible for assurance of consumer satisfaction through services.
    Responsible for creative communication with target consumers for brand perception and ultimate sales generation.
    Responsible for initiating team building and development initiatives including on the job training for the Team and thus, achieving sales target.
    Responsible for Providing leadership to the personnel of the sales team and monitoring the performance through key performance indicators.
    Responsible for preparation and to give presentation to the management groups and the franchise community on the development and implementation of the new sales campaign.
    Work closely with the Heads/Managers of Core Marketing and CRM and other Departments in order to ensure consumer satisfaction through services and thus, to achieve the targets.

Educational Requirements

    Master's degree major in Marketing from any reputed University.
    MBA major in Marketing from IBA is preferred.


Experience Requirements

    6 to 12 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements

    Should be proficient in the use of computer. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
    Should be a team player and have good leadership and interpersonal skills. Should be creative and be able think strategically. Should be able to work under pressure.

Salary Range

    TK.70000 - 100000
