Job Description / Responsibility
Operation & maintenance of all Billing system with first level of troubleshooting.
Manage CDR collection and processing of CDR to prepare ICX, ANS & Carrier bill and monitor IGW billing server/system
Create Report, Invoice generation and Dispute handling with cross check.
Manage Mediation and Rating process & Pricing configuration and accurate invoice.
Generating Collection Report and payment posting by using any development Tools.
Attained/Handle overseas customer complain over phone or by email.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. Engineering in CS/ CSE/ CE/ or equivalent from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
Additional Job Requirements
Good understating in Oracle Database, Oracle Developer and Linux Operating System
Preferred 1-2 Years of experience in the Telecom billing or Database Administration and development.
SQL Server 2008 and Web developing experience candidate will get an extra advantage.
