Systems Administrator

Description:    
  • Participate in the planning, scoping, selection, testing and roll-out of new Systems/ Applications and changes/enhancements to existing systems/ Applications
  • Manage Systems/ Applications integration points and ensure that interfaces between disparate Systems/ Applications are properly working
  • Develop Reports from Systems/ Applications to meet user and management information needs
  • Ensure that all Reports are up-to-date in all sites at all times
  • Continuously review and fine-tune Reports by effecting approved changes to ensure they meet user requirements
  • Ensure that data integrity and security is maintained in all Systems/ Applications at all times
  • Ensure that all sites running Systems/ Applications are using the correct versions of Application(s) and Database(s)
  • Ensure that data exchange between Systems/ Applications is flowing seamlessly and uninterrupted through all sites
  • Manage the AAR disaster recovery operations as per IT disaster recovery plan
  • Develop and deploy IT-based business solution(s) to meet user requirements as per approved specifications
The right candidate must have;

Level of Education & Experience:
  • Education: Graduate level in IT with in-depth knowledge of Systems/ Applications and Database management
  • Experience: installation of IT systems, development of IT-based business solutions, database design, report writing and query generation, knowledge of e-mail tools, knowledge of Internet service and related set up, LAN & WAN support, Knowledge of Mobile-Based Applications
