Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare sales plan of a particular area and achieve sales target;
To motivate and develop your team to achieve the individual targeted sales by pack and value
To ensure regular full coverage of the territory
Plan and organize logistical support to sales force;
Study competitors products in the local market and competitors’ strategies;
Collect sales information and assess customer satisfaction
Liaison with Supervisor to get the right product at the right time.
Instruct to ensure deposit of daily earnings to the banks as soon as possible (not later than following day morning)
Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain privacy and confidentiality of information and protect company assets.
