Job Description / Responsibility
Making Sales Call/Customer Call in Dealers/Sub-Dealer points on a regular basis in a designated sales area to understand and improve upon product movement, new product introduction, range selling, scheme communication, merchandising, and other transactional activities.
Handling Credit, On Hand Stocks and Secondary sales management and monitoring at dealer, sub-dealer, and customer points.
Establishing professional relationship with dealers, sub-dealers, developers, and corporate customers to improve productivity of the call and develop of business to achieve the annual sales target.
Implementing all best practices adopted the by the company and lead the team (comprises of ASO, SSO, EUAs) accordingly.
Providing Market visit report and sales analysis to the supervisor.
Arranging product demonstration session, and educate painters on paint application in the field.
Communicate and executing all promotion activities as per the Regional and National plan.
