Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Head of Sales for one of its clients.

- Implement the Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage;
- Devise the “go-to” market plan for the Company’s services , drive and coordinate the pace of execution;
- Achieve target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals;
- Engage and propose the development of new marketing propositions;
- Recruit, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals;
- Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team and the Board;
- Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery;
- Establish and monitor performance reporting systems;
- Manage and control the sales Budget.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
- Five (5) years relevant experience;
- Have a successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role;
- Have a hands‐on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a sales team;
- Have an in‐depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery;
- Have excellent relationship account management skills;
- Possess strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills;
- Possess excellent leadership and computer skills.
