Head of Sales Vacancy Announcement


Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Head of Sales for one of its clients.

The individual will be responsible for the following:
  • Implement the Sales Strategy that addresses different  geographical sales coverage;
  • Devise the “go-to” market plan for the Company’s services , drive and coordinate the pace of execution;
  • Achieve target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals;
  • Engage and propose the development of new marketing propositions;
  • Recruit, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals;
  • Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team and the Board;
  • Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery;
  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems;
  • Manage and control the sales Budget.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
  • Five (5) years relevant experience;
  • Have a successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role;
  • Have a hands‐on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a sales team;
  • Have an in‐depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery;
  • Have excellent relationship account management skills;
  • Possess strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills;
  • Possess excellent leadership and computer skills.
