•Should posses a thorough knowledge in a knit vertical setup.
•Manage buyers/client account from order inquiry to shipment.
•Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure on time shipment with AQL
•Work with trim fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
•Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
•Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
•Monitoring of overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc., to ensure smooth production and shipment.
•To corresponds with buyer & fulfill their requirement.
•Ability to analyze price structure & make costing.
•Source new development and arrange necessary presentation for customer
•Ensure achievement of deadlines.
•Job Location: Bashaid, Ashulia,Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
Must be a graduate or preferably from Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing or BBA/ MBA background
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 year(s) experience in Merchandising in Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
•The applicants should have minimum 7 years experience in the areas of Merchandising, specially knit vertical setup.
•Must have working experience with Jacket items.
•Must have experience to work with major buyers.
•Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity and professionalism.
•Must be very organized and fluent in English.
•Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
•The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
•Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
