Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for overall quality assurance for the gmts which are produced in a washing plant . Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
• Following the QA team and ensuring that the overall goals are achieved.
• Setting up and maintaining controls for shade and documentation procedures.
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and maintained as per the customer and internal requirements.
• Initiating necessary quality procedures and systems to have a continuous improvement.
• Effective communication with the Production and other teams with the proper analysis of the QA reports to do the route cause analysis and problem solving.
• Recruiting people when necessary and initiating for necessary training for them.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline. Textile/Apparel related degree will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s) experience in Quality Control/Audit in Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 to 40 year(s)
• 3-4 years experience in similar post.
• Must have experience to work with major buyers.
• Must be very organized and fluent in English.
• Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must.
• Job location:DhakaEPZ, Savar.
