Prepare action plan and implementation documentation and reporting
Budget controlling
Staff supervision and monitoring
Design and control training
Support agricultural IGA to Beneficiary
Good management and leadership skills

Maintaining liaison with donors, administration and local public representatives

Development program for the poor and extreme poor people
Having computer knowledge MS word/excel
Should have valid motorcycle driving license
