Additional Job Requirements
At least 20 years professional experience in a relevant sector, of which at least 10 years in a senior position of research, management, academic and/or policy leadership position in reputable institution(s) is necessary.
Candidates having experience and expertise in thematic areas directly related to governance and anti-corruption inBangladeshwill be preferred.
Proven skills of supervision, motivation, teamwork and inspirational leadership in a rights-based, multidisciplinary, diverse, challenging institutional context is essential.
Credible publications in themes related to governance, democracy, justice, rule of law will be an advantage.
