Role Summary
- Handling petty cash and incharge of stores
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock take
- Filing of all documents
- Maintenance of the stores: issuing of goods as well as receiving
- Delivery Summary Accounting and Vehicle Costing
- Goods Dispatch and Delivery notes
- Bank reconciliation; Garbage Dot Com
- Requisition and issue petty cash
- Books Management; Brand Track
- Posting bills into the system
- Closing books of accounts
- Processing statutory payments before due date; NHIF, NSSF
- Any other duty as may be delegated by the management
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience in Sage, Pastel and QuickBooks
